Wabara Roses

The layers and layers of Mikoto from the Wabara collection, open into a beautiful, flat rosette. Mikoto has soft pink outer petals and a creamy center that reveals a small cluster of green stamen when fully open. With small petals opening side-by-side in an orderly fashion, the rose looks as if it played the koto. The word ”Mikoto” has three meanings in Japanese; the beautiful Japanese harp ”Mi-koto”, “life” and “respect.”

Wabara ROSES

The rose Mikoto is bred by Wabara. And the name Wabara comes from the Japanese words 'Wa,' which translates into English as 'Harmony,' and 'Bara,' which means 'rose.'
